Data Retention
We believe in data minimization, but must retain certain records for educational verification.
- Student Records: We retain your name, certification status, and unique certificate ID number indefinitely. This allows us to verify your credentials for future employers or government bodies who may query us years after you graduate.
- Marketing Data: If you opt-in to newsletters, we retain your email until you choose to unsubscribe/opt-out.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We use a secure server. We never store your credit card information on our own servers. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We do, however, share necessary data with trusted third-party partners who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. These categories include:
- Payment Processors: to securely process tuition fees.
- CRM & Email Automation: to send course login details and student support emails.
- Analytics Providers: to help us improve site performance (anonymized data only).
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their Dashboard and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 16 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 16 years old or older.
